Audit training

Ativar Consulting can support the development of your members of staff in conducting audits in your services and departments.

For example, we designed a training day for a team based at a local authority in the UK, after discussing their audit needs. One of the key goals was to understand how to develop questions that would be robust for the person answering them, while allowing for the conduction of statistical analyses. To support learning, Ativar included the care delivery framework into the training examples.

The training was delivered online, with interactive questions to monitor learning during the training day.
